In Brodney’s Words:
Growing up I never felt like the courts really cared about justice. I saw people sent to prison who were not guilty. I saw families ripped apart by injustices of the legal system. It wasn’t until I got older that I started to notice that some people were trying to make a difference. I was inspired and kept learning. I had friends who were mistreated by people in positions of authority. I had family who suffered from injustices that were not dealt with. It was hard to find anyone who really cared about making a difference in people's lives, holding up their rights and privileges under the law.
Many people told me that I couldn’t do anything that would matter, but I kept working hard at school and keeping my eyes open. Eventually I found my way into law school and then into a position in a District Attorney’s Office for many years. Because of this extensive experience with criminal trials and outcomes from both sides of the table, I decided to start Brodney Moses Law Firm.
For the past 10 years, I have honed my skills and knowledge in criminal law and family law. I have a passion for fighting for those whose rights have been trampled on.
